If you do have a sensitive stomach, it would be better to sample a coffee from Africa or Indonesia because these coffees normally have less acidity than the other growing regions. Last of all, consider cold brewing your coffee to remove all acidity from the coffee itself. This is a method that takes a little bit longer than a regular coffee brewing because you do have to brew it overnight, but it will remove 60% of the coffee's acidity, making a significant difference. One other thing to consider is to drink your coffee split up throughout the day. If you are having 3 cups of Joe in the morning, and it is causing stomach irritation, then it may be better to disperse those 3 cups of coffee throughout the day. Studies have shown that the best way to drink your coffee is in increments because it will keep you from having a caffeine crash. It also will work to keep your energy and metabolism high all day long so that you can improve your mental alertness and focus while you work. If you drink less coffee at one time, it may help to relieve some common stomach irritations that come from overdoing it with your Java.
