What's a great recipe for iced coffee?
I've been drinking iced coffee a lot lately, theres this really great one that Tararua just brought out. But my sudden caffeine addiction is becoming rather expensive...
If you've got any yummy recipes that i can make at home without having to go to the dairy everyday, it'd be really helpful.
Cafe's make their own mixture.
If you have an expresso machine this works really well.
Make 1 Litre of expresso machine coffee and let it cool overnight in the fridge. This is your base mixture and you can use this whenever you need to make iced coffee.
100ml base mixture (coffee mixture)
200ml Cold Milk
Sugar to taste.
Mix up
Add Ice cream or whipped cream if required
ENJOY
